If you are a safety-sensitive employee who has violated a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol regulation, you are required to complete an evaluation with a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) before returning to duty.

As a DOT-qualified SAP, I provide confidential and professional evaluations to guide employees through the required Return-to-Duty process.
