About the Position

Positive Starts is a self-pay practice that also partners with select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to support income as you build your self-pay caseload. Our team typically sees 15–30 clients per week, with flexibility to create schedules that support balance, sustainability, and well-being.

You can work in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model, depending on what works best for you and your clients. We provide comfortable office space, secure telehealth platforms, and shared group rooms for workshops and sessions.

We hire contract clinicians and life coaches, providing the structure and support you need to focus on what matters most—your clients and your growth. You’ll have access to a fully integrated electronic health record (EHR) and resources to help you thrive professionally.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking therapists and life coaches who are:

• Licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC, LPC-A, LISW-CP, LMFT, LAC, etc.) or trained life coaches

• Experienced or interested in addictions, mental health, or personal development

• Compassionate, professional, and collaborative

• Excited to grow both clinically or professionally within a supportive community

• Comfortable working in person or via telehealth
